At Lunor Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, here’s what you need to know:

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at lunorest2024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Sale or final clearance items are not eligible for return.
